Return Policy - Authenticity

This applies to all returns, regardless of reason:

All sales are final. We only accept returns if there is a defect due to the manufacturing process.

Any discrepancy in the order received must be reported via Email within 24 hours upon receipt of the goods.

All items must be returned in the EXACT manner they were received, e.g. with tags and/or dust bags.

Shipping and Handling is NOT refundable.

There is a 5% restocking fee and less any payment collection fees that we may have incurred such as (credit card fees and import taxes).

All merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork, parts and accessories."New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.C

Although we do not work for any of the respected brands that we offer, we guarantee that all items are 100% authentic and new with tags and made by the brand we use to identify them.

Any use of the names Burberry, Christian Dior, Coach, Dolce and Gabbana, Fendi, Gucci, Prada and any other designer are all trademarks belonging to those companies and we do not in any way claim to be these companies or work for them.
